After a pre-visit consultation with you, CRBD+ conducts an on-site, multi-day evaluation to determine strengths, weaknesses, and areas of improvement. Then we prepare a comprehensive report which takes into consideration your site’s needs, wants, and vision. Once we’ve shared and reviewed our findings and recommendations with you, we answer follow up questions so that your site’s path is clear.
Capacity Building
CRBD+ wants to increase your site’s ability to perform well and carry out its mission. We look at ways you can strengthen infrastructure, achieve sustainability, and improve overall effectiveness. This may entail expanding into other therapeutic areas/indications, adding new investigators and/or staff, or opening satellite sites. We perform an on-site evaluation then design a comprehensive plan which we review in detail with you.
